When shooting a nice photo of your friends it is best not to wait for 3,2,1 but to take photos before and during counting down for everyone to smile.

This is just a nifty little trick my cousin told me for shooting the best pictures of people, as you will have multiple and better photos to show. Also sometimes the seconds before can be quite hilarious ;)
