Looking uP
this post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a while #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.
Now Looking up is something I used to do a lot when walking around NYC, but in parks and trails its often something well worth doing as I hope I show in these shots, taken on a walk around the Acushnet Sawmill Park.
Now both in the city and on trails, people may , well do often give a strange look when I am taking photos like these, but I guess thats part of the fun of being into Photography the weird looks we get from people from time to time when getting in odd positions for a photos, and I did get that as a couple of these shots I laid down on the ground on my back to get the view I wanted.
But enough of an intro onto the photos

The Acushnet Sawmill is a nice little trail/area not far from our Daughter in Laws Hair Salon, and often when Lulu is there I pop here for a quick stroll I find it very refreshing, and of course have my camera with me

NOw as you most likely have guessed by now these are not recent shots with the colors of the leaves these were taken back in October when the fall colors were coming out, I edited them at the time, but for some reason never exported them ready for a post and just came across them yesterday and thought they were fitting for a Beautiful and Sublime Sunday Post

Now often People are in such a rush, even when hiking a trail, that they oldy focus on the destination and what is straight in front of them, and I think its good to slow down sometimes a nd look all around and up and down and spot the beauty all around us.
Fortunately getting back into photography a few years back has helped me to be more observant and enjoy all the sights around

BEER.Some very nice looking-up photo's. One of the benefits to digital, you can take a lot of pictures, and don't need to worry about buying another photo album to put them in, yet still get to re-look them over days, months years later.

Thanks my friend glad you like them but I have to be honest I just saw your post and WoW I was blown away by it far more impressive than looking up my friend and a lot lot lot lot more effort taking a hike than me stretching me neck lol

Well, I have to agree that stretching your neck sounds easier than doing such a hike, but my neck still hurts from the heavy backpack and so a looking up photo would be impossible for me at the moment 🤣 lol

I think a week should be enough to recover and be able to go to the bathroom on my own again 🤣 lol
Yes, I'm taking it easy today - I'm still alone and do a little bit of photo sorting and editing, just in case my account at Foundation becomes active that I can sell my photos and get rich 😆
