Hi friends,
Today, I enjoyed some pizza for lunch – check it out:
This pizza was from Blaze Pizza, which is a food chain of build-your-own pizzas, assembly line style. Think Subway or Chipotle, but for pizzas. The pizzas are then heated in extremely hot fire pizza oven for a very short time period and ready extremely quick, like in fast food chains.
These sort of pizza joints have been popping up over the last few years all over where I live. There are a number of different chains and mom & pop type places that are now in business. The pizzas are all the same size, so my pizza cost about $10, which is more than you would pay for a Dominoes or Little Ceaser’s pizza – not too cheap, but it is fast.
Have you tried a pizza place like this? Which do you prefer, these trendy new assembly line, flash fried pizzas or the more traditional pizzas?
Me, I like them both, but tend to lean towards the traditional and more substantial crust pizzas.
Thanks for coming by today,
Brian
