You attacked my friend,

It took like forever to discover.
You evaded his body like a swarm of bees.
You destroyed his bodily cells,
And then took him away from us.
The memories of his pain remain in my mind.
How can I forget the sobs of suffering?
His painful screams keep ringing in my ears,
And finally he left us.
I could do nothing but watch him suffer,
His legs too numb to stride,
From wheelchair to bedridden,
And lastly into a casket.
I hate you from my heart,
