The common bond
Is one that eludes
The overlap is
One that exudes
Prevailing chains
Aren’t just in the mind
Common ways
Come before held hands
They walk out together

Brava! if I were familiar with poetic analysis I would have given you a meatier comment. But I have been out of the poetry world for years now, I am actually excited to see that there is a vibrant poet community here. Specifically the Haiku community.
This makes my heart warm, and my soul happy. All those wonderful things.
On a serious note though, love poems are some of the most difficult to write, because of the irresistible urge to regurgitate cliche, and this you did not do. I did not cringe and this piece put a smile on my face.
