Terry's Poetry Tryings. Ode to Spring!

in #poetry6 years ago

Rays are refracted - enriched with the Orange,

Gray and White are doomed!

The Mistress fulfilled role, worthy of homage,

Now waiting for Green to be bloomed!

Look at the bright Blue - the promise of warmth,

No more Red for noses and ears!

The pleasure of colors, flavors, and forms,

And icicles turn into tears...

The young lady is playful - her bunnies around,

Small kittens catch them all day!

Just tune in, believe, life soon will abound,

And living beings find their way!

Sincerely, Terry Craft.

Beautiful... It made me wish I get to know spring (we don't have it here).

The expectation of the certain coming of a beautiful thing is even more beautiful.

I can't wait for the rain!

Lovely poetry, Terry! You are so talented

Wonderful as always! Thanks Terry!

A wonderful piece @terrycraft, "just tune in, believe in, life soon will abound" i love that!!!. I would also say i need your advise as regards a friend, a poet - his writing skill is commendable but not receiving attention, any word of advise?

You can check one of his writing here; https://steemit.com/poetry/@oluwashizzy/night-rain-an-original-poetry-392aa743a6926. There are also others on his blog......."just trying to help a struggling minnow with talent".

Wow very beautiful expression of nature and beauty .Thanks friend for your great share.

Terry Terry never ceases to amaze. Good work

Whenever I read this, it feels magical!
The photo reminds me of the Zelda game hehe.

Back on your game I see.

@terrycraft... Wonderful words...
"Gray and White are doomed"... Awesome!!
Got me thinking...
White
White is much more than a color; it is a 'core-law'
On which civilization presupposes as regal and noble
Associated to anything holy and royal
Free from moral blemish, unsullied
White gets all the credit; for out of white, came other colors
Yet out of many colors, black
Which to me is rhetorical, infact....

It's when the imagination unleashes on its own
You write a poetry like this! Have a crown!

Lovely!

"Gray and White are doomed!" what a dramatic, unexpected line. This poem carries all the exuberance of the change of seasons. I like the use of colors as markers of the changes happening. Such a sweet poem @terrycraft :)
