Life's Quest

Once again I meet at the crossroad
One direction leading to happiness
The other to sorrow
I wish the All Mighties insight I could borrow
The quest we are all set upon at birth
As we are gifted with body to roam the earth
A journey filled with aches and pains
As we travel towards educating our brains
A race of sorts for some
While others try to act all dumb
Each of us have our own unique design
We may be malformed at first but give us time
Learning who we really are
Is something more tremendous than a burning star
We all set out on our life long mission
And in the end recieve our eternal commission

These lines are what I love the most since it really does makes sense. And it's the truth. "The best of things take the longest time to be created." Very beautiful, Ethan. ^^~ Loved it!

Inspiring words. Puts me in mind of Desiderata.
