RE: Who is lazy? Definitely not me. My response to President Buhari who called Nigerian youths lazy

in #politics6 years ago (edited)

The reality of the Nigerian situation in contradiction to what this man presented to the world at an international gathering is annoying. A leader should never speak ill of his people, he has done so and this is not even the first time.
The international community now has strong basis to take away investment opportunities, deny hardworking nigerians good jobs abroad due to the rubbish said by an ignorant old fool.

The same Nigeria where these lazy youths are up as early as 5am on the streets of Lagos to hawk products running after cars in a bid to make the best of the situation bad governance has led us to.

His own son, a graduate, who has not even bothered to be a part of the NYSC, had an accident racing with a friend through the streets of gwarinpa.

Its just sad really.

You know what makes this even worse, this man might eventually win again. We want a change in governance but the opposition is not united. There's Sowore, Fela Durotoye, Kinsgley Moghalu, Ahmed Buhari all vying for the presidency seat.

Eventually they might just end up dividing the votes and give the old fool the simple majority he needs to emerge as the winner...
