What will the world look like in 10 years with crypto cryptocurrencies and blockchain?

in #politics7 years ago

I am trying to imagine a world with cryptocurrencies as a main form of payment.
Will the rich still have control over societies and politicians or will this break the pyramid scheme designed for the elite?
Will it solve any inequality as people's talents and content be rewarded on the decentralized blockchains?
Could we replace politicians with a blockchain voting system were anyone in a county could vote for themselves?
How do we chose a cryptocurrency that is stable in price for everyday purchases?
I am curious to know your thoughts and opinions on these topics .
Thanks and let's be the change we want to see!

Good info. Thanks for posting - Voted & Following!

I think we will need many cryptocurrencies, used in parallel to ensure the current world order do not take control; if we settle on just one crypto, the governments and oligarchs can just buy it up and control it.
AI wallets that figure out which of the cryptos available to use for any specific transaction can be created, to leave the user with an easy experience.

I think your right also . but how to we maintain a stable price with out them being so volatile? maybe a silver backed crypto?

I believe as their usage becomes commonplace then they will self stabilize, righ now liquidity is low, but as it increases it will be harder for manipulation to occur. Also imagine that AI multiwallet will choose the currency with lower fees, which will favour lower value coins, and increase volumes and stabilize price.

Thanks for your insight on it :)

Well Im just guessing, might all be BS :)

Of course at that point, since you won't be able to convert your crypto into cash like the Dollar Vigilante did recently to enable himself to inject Starbux lattes up his azz, you will be left with no choice but to decide which of the other cryptos you wish to convert to. Good luck with that...and to anyone who actually believes and follows this guy. Personally I think he just set the "crash n burn" high for SBUX stock although his "novel" way to enjoy your morning latte could end up being a new fad. He spews about it in teh first few minutes of this Utube spew.

To get a more "definitive" answer to your question perhaps you should go ask this question directly to one of the renowned bitcoin pumpers like say the Dollar Vigilante. Just ask him this simple question >>> "Do you think ALL of the world's fiat currencies will collapse on the exact same day at teh exact same hour? Or will they collapse one by one until there is just a single fiat currency left vs Bitcoin/cryptos?" If he replies that they all collapse at the exact same time then you are good to go for the long term if you are a cryto believer. If they collapse in "succession" then just wait for the 1000% one day gain in the last surviving currency ...then plow it all into bitcoin or whatever other "fantasy" you prefer. In the meantime. I dare you to short the last surviving fiat currency even now at this juncture.
