My thinking is that the overarching theme to all of this is government overreach. When police think they have the right to abuse citizens, even if they are criminals, it is a government problem.
When people are told to stay home for health concerns, it's a government causing the problem. We do it voluntarily even though we don't like it.

When people are bing arrested for not following these shelter in place orders, it is a serious government problem.

Economic crash was caused by shutting down the country by government.

The even larger looming crash is the result of government intervention by printing money in 2008 and now in 2020. Wall Street continues to make bad business decisions because government is overstepping their bounds to save them.

When people start going hungry and losing their homes, government is going to get involved in feeding them while also evicting them.

I don't think it's just here in the USA. This is a global problem. Government oversteps its intended purpose and there is no single individual to blame, so they go unchallenged.
