Ingredients:
500 g of veal steak or pork
2-3 tablespoons oil
1-2 tablespoons flour
Onion
2 peppers
100 g of champignons
Cube soup
Sour cream for cooking
A little tomato sauce
Pepper, salt and a little mixed spice to taste
Preparation:
Beat the steak, then add salt, pepper and a little mixed spice.
The meat can be put in a bag to keep it from splashing around.
When the steaks are ready, let them stand for a while, during which time we will cut the onion, paprika and champignons.
Now everything is ready and we will fry the steak a little in hot oil until it turns brown on both sides.
When the steaks get a nice color on both sides, fry the onion, Champignons and peppers.
Add a little soup, which you previously cooked.
A little tomato sauce.
Mix the sour cream for cooking with a spoonful of flour and add to make the sauce thicker.
The sauce is ready, arrange the steak in a pan and pour over the sauce, put it in the oven for another half an hour.
When the steaks are ready, you can serve them with mashed potatoes or rice.
