The benefit of consuming fish in pregnant woman are :
- Fish are very rich in healthy nutrition, which is an important part of a balanced diet especially for pregnant and lactating women
- Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, Iodine, Vitamin B12 which is essential for the development of the nervous system in the fetus and young children
- Fish also contain high protein and low saturated fat.
- Research shows that omega-3 in the natural form is more easily absorbed by the body than the form of supplements.
- Improve the intelligence of children
