Hello everything is back again with me On this occasion I will tell you about our oversight work on a project for the construction of in North Aceh Regency.
A development project will achieve success if there is a reliable surveillance against the course of a development project that was implemented. Then how should a good oversight that will run.
In a project required a project control systems that would be expected in the implementation of the project is always in the direction of the objective to be achieved.
The control also aims to assist in the determination of the Manager's activities and the achievement of something. Control is not a tool that shows the lack of a job.
Monitoring is a first step rather than controlling the implementation of the project.
With the monitor schedules and cost then we can find out how large the deviation cost and also schedule between the plan and the implementation of the project at the time reported.
In a project needed a project management system which is expected in the
implementation of the project is always in the direction of the goal. Monitoring is the first step
of controlling the implementation of the project. In order for monitoring running maximum
can use the concept of the value of the results. Earned value method is a method of integrating
the relationship between cost and time as well as the relationship between time, cost and
progress of project implementation which also describes the condition of the continuity of the
current project reporting. Thus the concept aims to determine the value of the anticipatory
measures that can be taken when a deviation occurs either at the time of project
implementation as well as on the Irrigation Channel projects contained in two locations in North Aceh.
The architect focuses on the concept and character of the building, its contents are about sporting sense, it functions & aesthetics.
