Humanity's desires can drive society to salvation or slaughter. When we try to segregate these desires into categories, sometimes the word we use is called sin. Alas, a sin for one person could be a virtue for another.
What are sins to us? Are they behaviors we must avoid? Can they destroy a society or organization? Must we restrict these behaviors for the greater good? Could it be, instead, that the more powerful reserve these behaviors for their own?
Open your mind to the possibility that the world is not always how it appears. History teaches us that there are always exceptions to the rule. If a naval ship launches a tomahawk missile at a town suspected of terrorism, the sailor would likely receive a medal for the murders committed. After all, the government sanctioned the launches. Perform a similar unsanctioned action within a building, and the state will likely reserve a suite for you at the gas chamber.

I love this challenge, but am new and saw the newbie tips at the bottom of the challenge. I am a newbie and am trying to figure everything out and research first. I saw a tip listed in the link was to wait a week while checking everything out. I love the idea of this challenge though. It is so creative! I am also going to keep reading more of the tips and try to let them sink in before "diving in" too deeply, too quickly. I found you because my brother @bobthebuilder2 recommended I check out your stuff. I am excited to see more.

QQ: will the search functionalities for the WOTW tag enable you to pull out all entries from all frontends easily, or could some still be missed due to the way in which search functionality seems to operate at times? Is it worth a brief update post after official close, tagging all those whose entries have been received and accounted for by the curation team, and giving anyone whose post has been missed, the last ditch chance to notify you to have theirs considered if it met the publication deadline and was just overlooked through system error?

Regarding your question: using the pob-WOTW tag allows me to find any related article quickly regardless of the front-end. Even if you get muted on any front-end.
It also ignores errors in a front-end. For example, if you forget to add the tag, but then add it later, I’ll still see the article in the database.

I have to agree about the content topic. I didn't realize how interesting it was until after I published the article. The topic, along with this challenge's engagement with the community pushed us towards a new challenge round for this year before our break.
The true question then is, how would the heavens judge us if we evaluated their virtues?
Blake’s Marriage of Heaven & Hell blurs the line between vice and virtue & shoes how they inform one other — something that mystics dare to do.
But, it is dangerous territory and one should proceed with caution praising sins…

My story is very long story and as I mentioned It might take months to complete and by then the contest rules will be different :(
The draft idea is a human question's God about freedom with 7 deadly sins approach. God gave him enough wisdom to understand the difference between sins and freedom. Thus this topic will be called "FREEDOM FROM SINS". It includes time travel, 2 different Gods, third person character building and teaching through very angles. In the end it's readers decision to choice which type of freedom he wants.
