I don't think so at all, which is why I've looked at this more from a easily visible retrospective that looks more like an amount that falls under $1200 for an entire month's work, after six easily quantifiable years, instead of asking up front for something absurd like $150k annually and just coming back each year for a top up :)
I managed to stretch my resources to do it for more than half a decade... ideally I could stretch the results of visible work for another two or so years at least, instead of trying to push to create some ecosystem job for myself that doesn't fit Hive's ethos or funding capabilities.
