@condra You need to be in the most comfortable place and setting. You need to state to yourself. Ok I am going to do this. I do not know what I will see. I am a very negative person and I attack qualities in myself. Surprisingly Acid did not go down that path where I analyzed myself. I felt like I was wasting this time if I were to do it and latched back onto the visuals. You have to separate yourself and be like hey I still have my consciousness I can still chill with that and just appreciate the visuals. You do not need to combine those. I saw everything as moving artwork if that makes any sense. I will have to get back to you with analyzing myself with acid.
