live the moment and don't let fear control your life

Hallo Steemians!

From time to time my intention is to change the subject of my posts, i usually talk about science in general but i also want to write about things that are vital to grow as a human being and to be able to live in a somewhat calm way amid such haste.

Many times we find that we don't dedicate the time required to things that aren't tangible but not least important. When we woke up in the morning we usually continue with the list of problems we left yesterday without stopping to think that it would be better to spend a few minutes to reflect and mentally build the day we want to have and be grateful for that reality that you want to happen.

Before starting the new day it would be healthy to spend a few minutes breathing and being aware of our reality. You're alive and you have a multitude of possibilities throughout the day that is presented to you. While you breathe, be thankful mentally that you're alive, have a job, food, clothes, a house to shelter yourself, friends and family that loves and respects you, health and ability to choose the things that make you happy. Please don't let fear take over your life.

We tend to worry about things that have no solution or are actually a problem but only in our minds. A great mistake. We also tend to worry about things that have already happened and, for that reason, as they have already happened we can't change them. Leave the past in the past that is where it belongs and focus on living the present that is the only portion of "future" that you'll really be able to access.
