Doing activities in same way in a long period of time make your brain in "auto pilot". No need brain work while doing it. Sooner or later brain becomes lazy in thinking. As a result, when brain in the condition to think hard the feeling is like climbing a high coconut tree.
So, just doing little work in different way will activate you brain "ON"
Reading in reverse is one easy way to train the brain.
