We should never be afraid to fail, in fact, we should be afraid not to try things. Failure is obviously part of the process and it should always serve as a learning lesson and a training to make us better prepared for the next challenge.

The real success is determined by your clarity of soul/life purpose and you have to manifest it in the light of your right mindset, persistent and a victorious attitude. Every great accomplishments and the high quality life lies at uncomfortzone for which you have to step out from your comfortzone. success is an accumulation of everyday's minor accomplishments and overnight success is not possible. People should never give up, or relent on their effort to succeed in life. In this case, they shouldn't be afraid of failure. They will come across the "hurdles of life".
