Everything that happens to you in life is because of repeating patterns mostly from your childhood. We learn all these patterns and behaviours and forget that at our core we are innocent. So there is nothing wrong with you, you are not the problem, you are just experiencing these problematic feelings. Keep reminding yourself of that today as much as you can as most of us have forgotten this truth. You are amazing!!
