Fish in spicy tomato sauce

Ingredients:
fillet of sea fish (haddock, tilapia, cod) - 600 grams;
cherry tomatoes (ordinary) - 200 grams;
hot pepper-1 PC — ;
lemon - ½ PCs.;
Basil / cilantro/parsley beam;
vegetable oil-2 tablespoons;
salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cut the fish fillet into portions, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut cherry tomatoes in half (usual-cubes), garlic and Basil — finely, remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice.
  • Fry tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a frying pan in a spoon of oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • Pour 50 ml of water, add Basil, crushed zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simmer for another two minutes.
  • Fry the fish separately in a spoon of oil until ready for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Water the fish with tomato sauce, warm a little and serve immediately.
