Sweet Szechwan
INGREDIENTS
four tablespoons water
two tablespoons ketchup
one tablespoon soy sauce
two teaspoons cornstarch
one teaspoon honey
half teaspoon crushed red pepper
quarter teaspoon ground ginger
one tablespoon vegetable oil
quarter cup cutted green onions
PROCESS
In a dish, mix together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside.
Heaten up oil in a large size pan over medium-high heat. Mix in green onions and garlic; cook thirty seconds. Mix in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil. Blend in sauce. Cook and mix still sauce is bubbly and thickened.
