Mango Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS

half cup plain Greek yogurt
one cup frozen mango chunks
half teaspoon ground ginger
two tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS

Layer Greek yogurt, mango chunks, ginger, and water in a blender in the order listed. Pulse three to four times; blend till smooth, adding more water to reach desired consistency.
