A delicious festive snack is easy to prepare from the available products. For example, ham slices will conquer you with their own taste.
We will need:
about 300 grams of ham;
three pickled cucumbers;
a couple of spoons of cream, horseradish.
Cut cucumbers into thin strips. It is desirable to cut into ham with thin plates.
Spread every slice of ham with cream mixed with horseradish. In the middle lay the cucumber, twist the roll.
Take the skewers or ordinary toothpicks - fix the rolls so they do not lose shape.
You can serve immediately. If desired, you can easily experiment with fillings for rolls!
