Often, we can be so focussed on trying to create perfection and ensuring we portray a flawless image or result to the outside world; that we fail to recognise the growth opportunities and magic created through imperfections, quirkiness and what some may consider, less than beautiful.
In actual fact, when you take a step back; look at everything from another angle, and get less caught up with how things are supposed to look; it is easier to see the true essence and gift of what’s right in front of you. The cracks, the broken bits, the twists and turns in life; are what actually brings together all of the ingredients needed, to create true magic. The bumps in the road allow us to discover who we are, to build resilience and grow into the person we came here to be!
Noticing what’s hidden beneath the surface, or finding the mystery behind a glossier outer image; can create the most amazing experiences. It’s also important for us all not to judge something or someone from initial appearances, or our immediate perceptions. Truly we do not fully know or understand the hidden depths, life experiences, personal challenges or unique gifts; the divine essence of each individual’s soul, in that first instance. It takes time to fully appreciate what something or someone in front of you has to offer.
Take the time to appreciate the details; or get to know someone more fully, before making a judgement or forming strong opinions. If you are dismissive and don't remain open minded and open hearted, amazing opportunities could be missed.
