Dear friends and colleagues at Rising Star, it's a pleasure to be here again today. Well, today I want to introduce you to my newest drawing. Today I painted and designed the i312 Pantha Compressor chart. As you can see, it's a new frequency modulator. Unlike the others I've done, this one's design is flatter and smaller. If you remember, the previous ones were large, portable boxes. Apparently, this one is more designed to be anchored to a panel or table. It has some nice gray and black colors.
So, it will be my pleasure to show you how I did it from start to finish, using the chart as an example. Well, I started the drawing by making what will be the frame of our chart. It's made up of four rectangles that are easy to distinguish. I always start by making the two largest ones and then the two smaller ones that go in the center. On the two largest ones, I always leave a notch so I can add the category later.
The next step was to make the modulator. I first designed part of its body. It has a very elongated rectangular shape. Behind that shape, I then drew some lines to form another rectangle, but this one with more angled corners. This created the effect that what's behind is below the rectangle in front.
This modulator has quite a few buttons and details. In this next step, I added them all. You can see the button panel on the front panel. I also made a small screen with a needle that displays the frequencies. I also made the four screws in each corner.
Now it's time to paint everything. I'll quickly show you the process. On the chart, I used different shades of blue and the modulator in gray and light black. On the panel, I used brown to paint the screen with the needle and red for the function bulb.
