Last night, after binging on chocolate and coffee, I decided that I needed to move. With Strava I feel more comitted because I’m following fellow runners and I’m being followed, and I love to track my distance, speed and segments.
Running in nice weather and beautiful surroundings sure helps too!

I’m at the summerhouse at the moment and will be here for another 2,5 weeks. There is a Strava-segment here that I’m working on improving and my goal before I leave for the summer is to run the 500 metres on 2:35. Here is my result from yesterday, only managed my third best time so have something to work on...

Today I’m having a resting day, but tomorrow I will get back on this track, and have also decided to add a little extra round to it to make a little longer. I’m still in the beginning of getting into running routines so I’m doing things slowly and step by step.

Here’s a few photos taken when I got back to the summer house after my run. My view while stretching out.

Looks like you're pretty motivated that's great! Really nice to have the time off and focus on this stuff. As always Norway looks gorgeous!

I'm a slacking a bit with my own running. This week the temperatures go up to 35 in my area. It's simply too hot to run at normal hours. I guess I should get up earlier and just go for it :p

Slow and steady wins the race!

Around 30 degrees is definitely too hot! We’ve had some very hot days here aswell and then I just swam and snorkeled, and paddled on my too small surfboard. Next year I’ll buy a paddle board. Anyway, fun to run and better slow than not at all! See you soon back on Strava I guess🤘😎

For sure you need to buy that SUP board! Catching some waves, explore some flatwater. Great fun, while being active.

Back to the running, great to see such a motivation. My goal for the end of summer would be return at the 10km running.

@michelmake, get out early indeed, or the other way running late.

Just came back from a 65Km bike ride. We went early, but still... Sooo hot :p Went through 2 liters of water haha!

Btw do you guys have experience with those inflatable SUP boards? I wouldn't mind having a board, but I just don't want to deal with a huge inconvenient object in my apartment :p
