Last great training before "the event"?

long and intense training that is reflected in the 109 recommended hours of recovery time...(I will try to spend more time recovering, xD)

It seems that the clock did not fit well because there is a lot of variation in the pulse averages.

I have discomfort in the groin or abductor area. I hope that pain does not appear when I go running next day.

Very good cadence and... my best pace for this distance !!!

No need to be a masochist to run well... but a bit of pain could make you stronger. ;)
