So it's been a busy 10 days or so and so I'm happy that I've kept up the running - I've managed to flex and find the time to get my runs in on the regular!
It also turned COLD this week and so I got my first proper cold run in - OUCH!
Wednesday Intervals
What is now really my standard 6K interval set... 6 times 400, three of them relatively easy, three of them pushing harder!

Friday's easy 6K
I don't normally run on a Friday, but needs must... just an easy 6K keeping that 6.20 pace!

Monday - phone shop intervals
I had to get my phone fixed and so I jogged to the shop and then did some intervals around the park while the guy fixed it, making the best of a bad morning!

Tuesday - fastish 5K and a couple of intervals
It was COLD today, I treble layered, I like to be toasty! I had no real plans for what I wanted to do but i felt pretty good and so set off at a reasonable 4.50 pace and just kept that up and then some for a 5K.

I did plan (after about 2K) to go for 6K, but when I got to 4 I thought I can either push for another K and get to 5 and then walk and do 2 fast 400s, better than just sowing and going for 6K - right decision!

Next week's plans
I think just carry on, maybe more variety in my intervals but certainly maintaining my easy runs, I seem to be improving!
