First of all, Genetics plays a huge role in determining your Testosterone Levels , and this limits the range of your testosterone levels to a certain point but Don't fear , there are some effective ways to spike up your testosterone levels so let's begin :

  • Diet :

-Zinc is an important mineral for proper androgen secretion focus on foods such: spinach ,oysters , liver , and you can try some chocolate from time to time
-Time to snack ? have some nuts , delicious , cheap and loaded with countless benefits .
