What do you mean with "in perfect condition"? I would understand as "perfect" that you can e.g. extract a 100% complete set of DNA. I can´t imagine that is possible after 70mio years.

It means that their original shapes have remained almost intact over time. This is very rare, as fossils often become deformed or shattered due to geological forces over the millennia.
