You may remember the first snow land purchase that I blogged about and recently said we would put that up for sale to free up some tier...
Today I landed inworld and checked the map. There is more land available joined on to ours (that we had hoped for; for a couple of months but it hadn't happened)
Just one problem... we don't have enough tier.
Majes called a meeting with the Bidness Manager...
Several teleports later, I consulted with the Bidness Manager, where he soon informed me that things had been arranged and it was possible to buy this land and expand in this area

I decided to split into 3 parcels. Whether you rent out or sell, it makes sense to offer different sized parcels, to suit different budgets and tier sizes.
The fun part is dressing them up :)
one more thing to work on... some kind of decking area on the front here. Majes went to work on this...
Time for a well earned sit down...
So now we have 3 parcels dressed in that region. All are up for sale.
