Discipline trick #1 - Breathing

One of the easiest tricks helping me with self-discipline is breathing. Every time I feel like I don't wont to do something, be it cleaning, work on my projects, excercize or meditatate I just take a deep breath and try to force myself to do it. I wont do anything else until the urge to procrastinate dissapear. I bet it sounds too simple and maybe it works only for me, but I've been doing this for some time with great results. It helps also with depressing thoughts or overall bad mood.
