Hey! les quiero compartir mi experiencia cuando fui a Bogotá, específicamente cuando subí el Cerro de Monserrate.
Hey! I want to share with you my experience when I went to Bogota, specifically when I climbed the Monserrate Hill.
Para los que no saben Bogotá es la capital de Colombia, es una capital muy linda, que posee sus grandes atractivos turísticos, y uno de sus principales atractivos es el Cerro de Monserrate, mi visita a este cerro fue el año pasado, en el mes de Agosto; Para poder subir a este cerro hay tres alternativas, se puede usar el teleférico, el funicular o por el sendero que posee este cerro, yo decidí ir en el funicular (ya que el teleférico lo use para bajar).
For those who do not know Bogotá is the capital of Colombia, it is a very beautiful capital, which has its great tourist attractions, and one of its main attractions is the Monserrate Hill, my visit to this hill was last year, in the month of August; To climb this hill there are three alternatives, you can use the cable car, the funicular or by the path that has this hill, I decided to go in the funicular (as the cable car used to go down).
Cuando llegue a la cima, ese día estaba lloviendo (por eso en la foto mi cabello sale despeinado), y por ende estaba haciendo mucho frío, por suerte lleve suéter jajaja, camine y fui hacia la iglesia que es el principal atractivo del cerro, luego me propuse a ver toda la ciudad de Bogotá desde la cima, que realmente posee una vista muy hermosa, ya que se logra ver en su totalidad.
When I got to the top, that day it was raining (that's why in the picture my hair is uncombed), and therefore it was very cold, luckily I took a sweater hahaha, walked and went to the church which is the main attraction of the hill, then I set out to see the whole city of Bogota from the top, which really has a very beautiful view, as you can see it all.

También al otro lado se ve bastante naturaleza, lo cual hace muy atractivo su vista desde la cima, ademas de poseer la iglesia, también hay un pozo de los deseos, una bodega, algunas sitios para hacer eventos, y varios senderos con bastante naturaleza (como mini parques), es un lugar muy lindo para ir y pasar un buen rato, y tener muy buenos recuerdos.
Also on the other side you can see quite a lot of nature, which makes the view from the top very attractive, besides having the church, there is also a wishing well, a wine cellar, some places to do events, and several trails with quite a lot of nature (like mini parks), it is a very nice place to go and have a good time, and have very good memories.
Finalmente al pasar un rato, decidí bajar ya a la ciudad, pues como dije, es para estar un rato y ya, tomarse buenas fotos, conocer un poco y disfrutar de la vista; Cuando baje por el teleférico pude ver toda la naturaleza mas de cerca, y créanme que se ve demasiado lindo, les recomiendo totalmente ir a visitar este cerro si alguna vez van a Bogotá, es realmente mágico, y en diciembre aun mas (según lo que he escuchado y las fotos que he visto).
Finally after a while, I decided to go down to the city, because as I said, it is to stay a while and already, take good pictures, know a little bit and enjoy the view; When I went down by the cable car I could see all the nature more closely, and believe me it looks too nice, I totally recommend you to visit this hill if you ever go to Bogota, it is really magic, and in December even more (according to what I have heard and the pictures I have seen).
