I want you to take 10 minutes out of your day to use this guided meditation. Meditation can be an invaluable asset in your self love journey. It takes you deeper than thinking alone can. It accesses parts of you that you don’t often consciously connect with. In order to fully benefit from this meditation I want you to ensure a few things are in order before you start.
- Select an optimal time to meditate for the highest success.
- You find a comfortable and quiet space to meditate.
- You are wearing non binding comfortable clothing.
- You tell anyone around you that you will be busy for the next 10 minutes.
- You place your phone on airplane mode.
- You set your intent that this meditation will be powerful for you.
- During the meditation allow yourself to go as deep as you can into relaxation.

I had started to but the way it shares in on Steemit was not appealing to me. Maybe I will upload them to DTUBE and to Youtube... Don't want too many of the same posts though. Is it possible to add it to DTUBE without creating a post to Steemit?
