As a follow-up of yesterdays report on child exploitation, we were asked by many members of the community to publish a more comprehensive report on the context and background of @project.hope's leader and admin @juanmolina, so we checked our files, dug a little deeper, and here it is.

Let's begin, looking into the Orinoco transfer memo (23f6669104ca) of @juanmolina we identified other related accounts, including the account @arenkeman that deposit the rewards to @juanmolina's bank account:

Coincidentally, the account was reactivated yesterday,
to begin "deleting" posts.

At this point, you might be asking, what was in this account? We took screenshots of it foreseeing the future deletion.
The account consists of pornographic material taken by the individual depicting his wife and a wide, wide arrange of "friends", all without any documented consent of publication. Just so you get the feel, here is a brief sample.
You might see the posts, and wonder, but where is the business here? Hes making 15 cents per post....

There is the business, 1400 steem in incoming transfers.
We might only guess about what services were provided for those transfers.
Now, you might think, but how can we be sure that @juanmolina the leader and admin of such an exemplary project as @project.hope is @arenkeman ?? After all using the same memo is not conclusive evidence...
Well, here is how we know, via two extra pieces of information.
1- We found @juanmolina's FB page a while back, and guess what the user name was...
Yes, "arenkeman", as our browser history capture shows.
Since then he has renamed the account, but we have a full back up of the page previous to that change.

Okay deleting posts is shady no doubt. But how do you know he doesn't have premission to upload those things?
And what are the correlation to the post yesterday about exploiting his daughter? You did not add any infomation to that post :)
Also, a lot of users have 2 or even more accounts which adds to their balancesheet. But it isn't a problem when whales do it?
All I wanna know is how you can be 100% sure.
Its not illegal to post porn on hive. It is illegal if he doesn't have the premission, but HOW do you know his doesn't have it? He have 2 accounts or more on here, just like everyone else, I dont see that as a problem either..

I understand this doesn't prove anything, but the accounts are now financially connected, too.
So if I tranafered money to that exchange then I would also be connected to them?
Are you using the same exchange transfer memo? This memo is unique per exchange account and at the very least implies OTC trading, or perhaps clarification.
Maybe he is helping her pulling out the funds and uses he account since its already setup?
The biggest problem here, is that we lack evidence!

An idea could be to contact the local police and present your "evidence" to them and let them deal with it, instead of profitning by pointing fingers at someone based on no evidence.

I hope you do understand, that you're ruining someones else life. And you're simply being dragged into "witch hunt" started by Mr Jaguar, who had a clash with Juanmolina few days ago and now is doing his best to humiliate this person.
It's not first time I'm seeing Jaguar.force going after someone and using so called "hard evidence" to attack people who oppose him.
I've been on Steem/hive long enough, to realize that there is MANY users from undeveloped and struggling countries, who are helping each other to cash out funds. I've seen several Africans and many Venezuelans using same memo while transfering fund to binance or orinocco.
I myself used help of few friends to cash out my own crypto and transfer FIAT to my account. And it doesn't prove anything.
It's really sad to see someone with your reputation to join this "witch hunt".
I've been collaborating with @Juanmolina for over a year and within this time he proved over and over again, that he is very noble and hardworking person. Supporting both his family and quality content creators here. Many people within our project.hope community respect him for who he is.
And his actions, supportive mindset and LOVE which he share with his family is the reason, why I'm not "buying" any of those accusations. Especially knowing, that they popped up just 2 days after those 2 users had a fight and it does look like retaliation. More than anything else.

So far I know @juanmolina, he is a good guy and I have not seen anything from him which is immoral and unethical. @crypto.piotr's concern seems to me valid as many people may transfer crypto to the same person.

So let's allow the accused to answer definitively... Why are they sharing transaction memos? Why are they suddenly deleting posts? Why was there a Facebook connection? Is there anything else we should be aware of?
I understand Jaguar's motiviation may be retribution or revenge. I understand your motivation to apologize on the user's behalf may be trust. Does it matter?

Mi comentario anterior no gustó y se ganó insultos de gratis, lamentablemente son gajes del oficio, incluso alguien aseguró que quienes estaban de acuerdo con jaguar eran personas que él estaba manipulando. Pueden pensar lo que deseen están libres de hacerlo, pero no voy a estar de acuerdo con manejos que van en contra de la moral y honestidad, sea quien sea, en steemit mas de una vez levanté mi voz en contra de acciones de ese tipo y acá haré lo mismo. Cuando existe una acusación debe haber un castigo y también una defensa por parte del acusado. Mi abuelo decía que el que calla otorga y acepta que es cierto lo que dicen de él, otros dirán que el no hacerle caso a la misma es mejor opción. No conozco al acusado por lo que no me pueden decir que estoy predispuesto contra él, pero debe aclarar este entuerto. El que tenga varias cuentas no es delito, es una practica común imposible de controlar, el montar contenido sexual explicito tampoco, siempre y cuando se sigan las normas impuestas en la red,pero cuando se obtiene dinero por medio de terceros entonces las cosas cambian, incluso sin ser un contenido sexual, a eso legalmente se le llama derecho de autor que es la violación de los derechos de explotación que posee alguien sobre lo que crea o sobre lo que efectúa. Si alguien coloca un post donde una tercera persona sea la protagonista y obtiene dinero de eso, está violando ese derecho. Sobre el que tenga autorización o no es cuestión de jueces pero acá, donde todos los somos, se prioriza la buena fe y también el derecho que tenemos todos de obtener explicaciones de lo que pedimos. Quien se lucra de lo ajeno le decimos en Venezuela, chulo, y según las pruebas acá mostradas hay indicios que así lo sea, y no por usar a terceros para hacer algún cambio, porque es algo también común dado que muchos no son expertos en esas lides, sino porque aparentemente se está cobrando un servicio que no está claro cual es y se está involucrando a terceras personas que son prácticamente anónimas pero que eso no los exime de tener sus derechos. Acá se están mostrando pruebas contundentes de una violación a normas de la red y debe ser llevado a otro nivel. El que sea Jaguar o Pablo de los palotes quien lo haga no es importante, lo que debe serlo es el hecho en si y los protagonistas.
Veamos, el hombre tenía dos cuentas (como la mayoría las tuvo en Steem, incluso tú con @walden, @earnest y vaya a saberse cuál más, y algunos las siguen teniendo en Hive) y en una de ellas subía una especie de porno casero que, hasta donde sé, no está prohibido en una red descentralizada.
¿Eso qué tiene que ver con tu acusación de "explotación sexual de menores"? ¿Alguna de las personas en el contenido que señalas era menor de edad? Quizá, lo más turbio entre todo es que intentó borrar los posts, sin embargo eso por sí solo no dice nada.
Y lo más gracioso es esto:
¿Qué tipo de consentimiento documentado esperas? Tú eres el que hace la acusación, tú eres el que debería presentar alguna prueba. Sino, más allá de una cuestión moral (que de por sí es irónica viniendo de ti), lo que dices es mera especulación sin base real.
Generalmente he defendido que eres bueno para encontrar plagiadores y demás. Pero esto se ve más como una cacería de brujas que cualquier otra cosa, Walden.
Quizá puedas encontrar evidencia definitiva que respalde tus acusaciones y publicar una tercera investigación más concreta, pero hasta ahora has escrito mucho para no decir nada.
