I won’t consider myself a collector but I do like to keep at least 4 types of shoes in my shelf that I could use on a regular basis. So far, both my Converse and Puma shoes are doing great for me. The sneakers feels nice for walking because of its comfortable sole pad while the Puma is perfect for running because it holds my feet in place and it has enough support to keep the shoes stable while running. I think both of these shoes were a good value for money. I also got them on a discounted price so it’s something that makes me glad too.
My next target would be to buy one of Onitsuka Tiger’s sneakers!
It’s twice the price of my other shoes which I don’t understood at first.
Now, I’m starting to see what makes the price higher than many of the shoe brands that I had before.
Firstly, it’s a Japanese brand. It’s something to be expected whenever a product of any sort is made in Japan or if it bears the emblem of a Japanese brand.
They have a strong focus in upholding the quality of their design. The lines that may look like that’s meant for aesthetic purposes are also meant to strengthen the body of the shoes.
It can’t be denied that the quality of stitches are so well made as well. That’s the kind of quality that one would get from Japanese-made products. I can already tell that these shoes will last for quite some time because it was made to last.
I also want to commend that the choice of color combinations were perfect. That’s something that’s clear as well. Although, they are using solid colors, they make sure that intensity of the hue will not look like an eye sore.
I think it may take me 2 months to set aside a budget for it but it’s going to be worth it.
o! this brand does says something to me. I am a happy owner of Onitsuka Tiger's sneakers, and not a picky collector too. I am just happy with its retro design - minimalistic and neat. And of course 'Made in Japan' just adds !LUV to it. ☘️ Wish you a happy deal!
