I wanted to share an item that is in my stack and why I am a holder. Today’s post is the Morgan Dollar Tribute Silver Rounds:
This is a depiction of the statute of liberty and pays tribute to a piece of American cultural history. It also contains the phrase e pluribus unum - which is Latin for “out of many, one” - a which came out of the 13 original colonies being a unified nation.
Despite that background, these are generic silver rounds that you can pick up about as close to spot as you can get.
