I think those are called "Mossy" in English, i'm not sure though :)
I found that formation on a rock, and I have never seen such behaviour in these creatures.

They are a type of aphids. I often find them gathered like that. It seems like there are many ants attacking them. You take very good photos

The ants were also behaving oddly -- they weren't attacking them, they were crawling around them and leaving...
