We all need to sleep and as a Technologist in healthcare i have for the past 10 years been doing sleep studies on patients. Its a common thing among all of us no matter the differences, and the fact is that we all need to sleep to recharge our bodies and minds.

In an effort to practice posting, since ive been a part of steem and hive for the past 4 years approximately, id like to do a little intro (about time), and talk about sleep.

I work for a hospital, and started this journey in sleep about 10 years ago, when i hardly knew anything about healthcare. Fortunately i did not need a lot of school to complete a program and become a Polysomnographic Technologist (sleep tech). Its been rewarding to help people with their sleep.

Mostly we run a kind of test that shows how well a person sleeps. We monitor breathing, EEG (brain activity), EMG (muscle activity), EKG (heart) and few other parameters.

Cool! I do have sleep apnea and I always had a sudden awakenings from sleep. Sometimes felt like choking.

Also, thank you for supporting my content 🙇

No problem man, those pics are super cool.

Sleep apnea is quite the phantom of the night. You can always request to do a sleep study if its possible. I always tell my patients that its good info. Most important thing is how many times per hour you are doing things like that. If its just a few times, its not bad but sometimes people have episodes 10, 20, 40 an hour. Worst ive seen is 180 an hour.

Keep on rockin, thanks for your support too

Hey brother, good to meet you. May peace be with you.

Thank you for stopping by man. I appreciate it. Glad to meet you too.

Sorry i threw a downvote on your post about mms. I have a bit of a bad experience with it. My step dad had a tonsil cancer about 5 years ago. He knew some guys that gave him some info about it, and how to get and mix it. Tried it for a while. I was just a bit skeptical man. I dont know the ins and outs of it 100%. The idea of something that can heal many illnesses sounds good, it sure does, but i just wasnt sold on it. Pages of testimonials and i remember the smell of it. He ended up succumbing to the overall situation, he didnt make it. Im not blaming the mms, it may have been worth a try, but i dont know.

My downvote added positive to your payout so i just left it. Ill gladly help support otherwise, you seem like a good dude. Thanks again for your blessing, i need to improve my health as much as i can so im open to some guidance as well.

Ill see you around bud.

Hey man, i really appreciate your comment, and it shows me your character. Thank you. i appreciate you.

Re. MMS, protocols have changed a lot over the years, to include a very slow start and very low doses to begin with (the starting protocol) to reduce the aversion to the smell which some experience. There are many other protocols which include in particular the use if DMSO and Bentonite clay (and more) for when protocol 1000 (or whichever protocol is being used) is no longer giving improvements.
The most up to date info (and essential reading if one chooses to use MMS) is in the latest (excellent) book, the MMS Health Recovery Guide.

I'm happy to share more re. holistic health (including pdf's of some excellent books) on request.

By the way, before i saw your comment to which i am now replying, i made a short DBuzz in which you got an anonymous mention: https://d.buzz/#/@atma.love/c/q9dtvku5ox3lrnmdfzw4cy and as a result of a comment on that DBuzz, this post was born: https://ecency.com/hive-174122/@atma.love/why-does-bad-stuff-happen :-)
