The sensor is aqara vibration sensor, and the app is iOS home app. I use aqara products with a custom zigbee gateway (conbee/deconz). It also has some automation options.
I prefer home app though. I can manage everything in one place.

Well, a friendly warning though, once you start there is no going back. You keep buying different sorts of smart things every week once you start.
