You know, when you have to hurry errands and these involve the unnerving waiting in the doctor's office you try in every way to distract you (or avoid them, but your health is important!) maybe spending all the time talking to the neighbor waiting or playing around with your mobile phone looking at the photos you took shortly before on your way to the clinic. That's what happened to me today.
This morning I took advantage of the time that divided me from the appointment by finally taking some panoramic photos of Piazza Dante in Naples and editing them a little. I say finally because of the time I've never had, passing by in a hurry, and the countless people who pass every day, tourists and not, that prevented me from taking a good photograph.
Basically, what I want to say is that we have to live detaching ourselves from the future's thoughts (endless lines, maybe even standing) and use our time to put our ideas in a good way and conserve the energy that our brain is wasting to enrage us of the fact that we have to wait a long time. If you do this, even the longest of waiting can turn into a moment of creation.

Si sa, quando devi sbrigare commissioni e queste implicano la snervante attesa nell'ambulatorio del medico cerchi in tutti i modi di distrarti (o evitare proprio, ma la salute è importante!) magari stando tutto il tempo a parlare col vicino di attesa o giochicchiare col cellulare guardando le foto che hai scattato poco prima nel tragitto verso l'ambulatorio. E' quello che oggi è capitato a me.
Stamattina ho sfruttato il tempo che mi divideva dall'appuntamento scattando finalmente alcune foto panoramiche di Piazza Dante a Napoli e aggiustandole un pochino. Dico finalmente a causa del tempo che non ho mai avuto, passando di lì di fretta, e delle innumerevoli persone che passano ogni giorno, turisti e non che mi impedivano di scattare una panoramica come si deve.
In sostanza, quello che voglio dire è che bisogna vivere staccandoci dai pensieri del futuro (file interminabili, magari anche in piedi) ed impiegare il nostro tempo a mettere a frutto le nostre idee e conservare l'energia che il nostro cervello sta sprecando per arrovellarci del fatto che ci tocca attendere molto. Se fate questo anche la più lunga delle attese può trasformarsi in un momento di creazione.

Grazie! Come hai potuto vedere le foto le ho scattate in sequenza girando la piazza in diagonale e non sai quante persone mi sono passate davanti! La prima, quella a cui ti riferisci, non doveva avere quei due passeggini che si sono fermati proprio lì, ma tant'è... La foto è piaciuta e questo è il vero senso delle istantanee scattate, appunto, "d'istinto"!

Non parlarmi di ambulatori, ospedali o simili, ci ho fatto dentro e fuori tutto il 2017 per me stesso e ora idem in questo 2018 per gli altri... Vabbè pazienza... Mi fermo un'attimo a godermi questi bei scatti :).
