I noticed there's not really a lot of votes on a lot of worthy snaps/waves, etc. Not sure why that is, seeing as how many post there and the number is increasing week by week if you look at @peakd's snaps and @ecency's waves at least!
I like curators who spend time voting manually, so I thought I'd offer some delegation if part of the reason was lack of getting them past the dust threshold or to not spend too much of your daily voting mana on them.
Something to keep in mind, both peakd and ecency have an automated way of rewarding the post containers even more through @commentrewarder after payout, which we like to throw some additional votes on with @ocd+b and trail seeing the increasing activity. This means that your votes directly affect which shorts get even more tips later!
Anyway, if you wanna receive a 1,000 HP delegation and use it on voting short form content, either ecency or peakd or both, please sign up with a comment under this post.
If you as a reader see someone who's signed up you trust will do a good job, give it a small vote or reply with a vouch.
I will then pick 6 of you after doing some vetting on my own.

I'm curating snaps manually, through the app usually, every morning in the gym (4 times a week). During the day, I usually curate other posts. If you grant me the extra delegation, I'll come up with a system to make the best use of it, and add curating snaps into my routine.
For now, I only vote 5% on snaps, as I find that to be a good balance against voting generally 50% on real posts (better content on both gets more %). Snaps don't require much work, neither curating nor creating, so that's what I came up with. But I'm open for suggestions. Your HP, so of course I'd consider your opinion.
My curating tactic for snaps is usually only the snap itself, depending on the quality. I see a lot of reward fishing due to the comment-rewarder, and I don't upvote those answers. Thoughtful answers, yes, always.
I just installed @meno's master piece on two phones yesterday, trying to show them the short content form first, as it's easier to understand than the complexity of creating a nicely formatted post. It's so much easier than going through keychain-browser-peakd-snaps! Love this tool and idea. Hence, Meno is recently getting 100% upvotes on almost everything from me - it's not much, but every little counts. I do upvote other "bigger" creators too, due to their quality of content or just because I like to have conversations with them.
So, that's how I'd use your delegation, for full transparency 🙃
I am using HiveSnaps App regularly since it is available for iOS. Both posting and upvoting regularly - pretty much Daily. Good DApp that deserves more Traffic! Am in for the HP delegation if you need an experienced Hiver that manually curates and comments on good content. 🫡

I haven't spent much time looking into how snaps work on Hive, and what I particularly like about Hive is that it has proper posts instead of quick, short content. Nevertheless, short posts seem to be trending and could make the blockchain more attractive to new users. In this respect, I think @acidyo 's idea to support this is a very good one!

I would like to see more snaps and waves of the people I follow expecially, but it's an hassle going on each profile then snaps then waves... They should appear on 'my following' page togheter with the posts and an option to show on/off snaps and waves

I've been silencing all bots, everything that's an automatic response or tip bots, I'm muting them haha. It makes the comments much cleaner.

I do see an increase of spam content with 'life quotes' that floods the stream.
I post all my snaps with Snapie, and I am Snapie's (proud, lol) volunteer tester for Google Play Store - thanks to @meno for this opportunity.
Short forms are cool as mid-sized fish like me can be real curators. Thus, Hive has an army of short-form curangels - that's a chance for Hive.
I hope @Snapie will add switching communities soon to enable non-English chats - we have people speaking different languages who can be curators and moderators of such chats.
That really can onboard users! Because many want to do something connected to crypto, to enter this new world but how can people do that if they aren't traders and don't have time for long-term forms? Not so many ways.
100% there should be fun mobile photography contests in multi-language chats to give people a bigger thing for their activity, a reason for much deeper engagement, a "might get rich soon" feeling.

I don't spend as much time looking at snaps as I should. I really don't use them myself either. Only occasionally. I think it's just a habit I need to get into.

I like to vote on snaps and such when I remember to take a look and have time to get on. My votes are small due to how I have my HP delegated atm. To lazy to really change the delegation, kinda just powering up my new account as much as possible till it hits a good vote size.

Interesting... Since I'm not as sociable as I appear to be, I find it very difficult to adapt to this type of short content sharing. I have long since ceased to be active on conventional social networks (Web2) for this very reason. And since I fully immersed myself in the world of cryptocurrencies three or four years ago, I have preferred ways of generating income by creating written content. I have been polishing and improving this content over time, and that is why I am now used to writing long rather than short content.
I also think that this type of content, which is quick to consume, is better if it's about something from one's personal or daily life. In other words, if you see something of value in what you do daily and believe you can share it, then there's this option of short content. I'm not like most people who prefer to talk or take a picture rather than write something; I always prefer to express myself with words. That's why, even when commenting on a post, I consider which post to comment on and whether what I'm going to comment on will really add some value and be worth sharing with the author.
I'm definitely not a big fan of short content, nor do I think my personal life is interesting enough to share with others. But you've noticed that I've made an exception for Hive when testing PeakD Snaps. At least some things related to what I do on Hive are worth sharing through this medium, and I'm glad to see that this type of content is gradually gaining support.
