I would like to apply for delegation. :)
I use Snaps from PeakD regularly myself and also vote for other people's Snaps frequently. Unfortunately, due to the fall in the price of Hive, my voting power has fallen below $0.02, so I currently have to be careful which Snaps I upvote so that I don't fall below the dust limit. With delegation, that would no longer be a problem. :)
