Considering that the hive token is stays steadily at around 1 dollar, if this thing (SoMee) actually blows up, we will all be very well off. Have you given any serious thought to what you are going to do in that case?
Are you still going to be working - why, why not?
Have you given any thought to tax planning?
Are you going to convert some of your holdings to BTC?
How about FIAT?
The list goes on, but you should be thinking about these things before shit takes off, if it takes off. But I am asking because I genuinely wanna know, what thoughts you have been pondering?
For now I can't believe this will go to $1. I will be happy with a stable price of $0,01. In the beginning I would definately not quite my job but depending on how far this will blow off anything is possible.
Well 1 dollars is not going to happen anytime soon, but if this thing takes off, it's definitly possible within a couple of years. If they manage to scale to 5 mill users by the end of the year, they will be at least double that next year. 10 mill users means 0.25 SME a day on average. Then 1 dollars is not far away IMO
There will be some serious sell walls to get through though
1$ Definately not soon.
With a $1.15m worth of SME sold everyday(rewards).
You would need around 400k new user per day with a 2% conversion from freemium to premium buying packages worth 175$.
Definately not sustainable. Good news is that we dont need a really high price to do well. Since the main use of SME is the rewards utility!
1: Pay off my loans
2: Split rewards into less riskier assets
3: Quit job and move to Philippines
4: Between price appreciation, compounding interest and Somee rewards I should be able to live a decent life 😊
I'm considering Portugal, but I'm not paying off any loans with rising inflation. I want that sweet sweet inflation to eat up all my loans and the pay them off really cheap at some later point.
That's a smart move! However, I wont be able to move out without paying all my loans. lol.
Where are you currently living?
If I can ever get my initial money out I'll consider it a huge victory
If you're able to get your initial money back, you'll be able to earn a lot more. I mean, it either takes of or it don't. I don't see any middle ground unless your are selling everything in the first pump.
If it gives the returns that everyone is so bullish on I'll pay off my house first.
After that I'll invest some of it for the long term.
I love my job so I don't think I'd ever give it up... but maybe go part time.
It'll all depend on what happens with the price I guess 🤷♂️
