Si; vivo en Tepoztlan-Edo. Morelos, un lugar maravilloso y para mí, sanador. Con un cerro, llamado Tepozteco, que duelen los ojos de verlo, por ser tan bonito.
Justo en la posada con el mismo nombre se nos regaló una semana de actividades maravillosas porque pudimos presenciar “Las Artes Místicas del Tibet” de la mano de un Lama con varios monjes, que están dando una gira por todo el mundo para compartir sus enseñanzas, cultura y tradiciones.
Yes, I live in Tepoztlan-Edo. Morelos, a wonderful place and for me, a healer. With a hill, called Tepozteco, that hurts your eyes to see it, because it is so beautiful.
Right in the inn with the same name we were given a week of wonderful activities because we were able to witness "The Mystical Arts of Tibet" by the hand of a Lama with several monks, who are giving a tour around the world to share their teachings, culture and traditions.
Tener la oportunidad de observar detalladamente el proceso de elaboración de un mandala, con arenas de colores, ver como esa maravillosa obra de arte, representando al Buda de la compasión (Avalokishtevara) iba tomando formas maravillosas con una armonía tanto en el diseño como en los colores, con tal grado de perfección!!
To have the opportunity to observe in detail the process of elaborating a mandala, with colored sands, to see how that wonderful work of art, representing the Buddha of compassion (Avalokishtevara) was taking on wonderful forms with a harmony in both design and colors, with such a degree of perfection!
Mientras unos monjes lo realizaban, otros recitaban mantrams y cantaban; yo percibía que estaban meditando.
While some monks were performing it, others were reciting mantrams and chanting; I perceived that they were meditating.
Todo esto generaba una energía maravillosa y un ambiente de Paz y Armonía.
All this generated wonderful energy and an atmosphere of Peace and Harmony.
Meditar con ellos, caminar alrededor de la Estupa y simplemente sentarme a percibir y emanar esas energías a mi familia, amigos, a mi país (que tanta falta le hace) y al Mundo entero de la vida, colmaron mi corazón de agradecimiento al poder estar viviendo algo que llegó justo aquí a unos pocos minutos de mi casa.
Meditating with them, walking around the Stupa and simply sitting down to perceive and emanate those energies to my family, friends, to my country (which lacks them so much) and to the whole world of life, filled my heart with gratitude for being able to live something that came right here a few minutes from my home.
Cada día me acercaba y me maravillaba de ver el avance del mandala y sentir la alta vibración que se genera con sus cantos y el toque de esos instrumentos que nunca me imaginé podría ver ni sentir de cerca, a menos que fuese para el Tibet o la India.
Every day I approached and marveled at the advancement of the mandala and felt the high vibration that is generated by its songs and the playing of those instruments that I never imagined I could see or feel up close, unless it was for Tibet or India.
Celebramos el viernes 06 el cumpleaños del Dalai Lama! Con cantos, mantrams y hasta globos y pastel!
We celebrate the birthday of the Dalai Lama on Friday 06th! With chants, mantrams and even balloons and cake!
El sábado, terminé de dar mi clase de Tai chi y me fui con una de mis alumnas a ver la consagración del mandala! Que maravilla!!! Se me ponían los pelos de punta! Se percibía una Energía tan amorosa que conmovía!
Y el domingo, finalizaban las actividades, ese día nos enseñaron el desapego y la impermanencia, a través de un hermoso ritual. Con gestos amorosos pero contundentes, comenzaba el final. Presencié, como una obra de arte se desvanecía con el toque de las brochas haciendo giros sobre la arena y transformándose en una mezcla de colores.
On Saturday, I finished my Tai chi class and went with one of my students to see the consecration of the mandala! What a wonder!!!! My hair stood on end! There was such a loving Energy that it was so moving!
And on Sunday, the activities ended, that day they taught us detachment and impermanence, through a beautiful ritual. With loving but forceful gestures, the end began. I watched as a work of art faded with the touch of the brushes spinning on the sand and turning into a mixture of colors.
Esa arena, ahora mezclada, tiene consigo la energía del Buda de la compasión. Una parte la repartieron entre los asistentes y otra la vertieron en el estanque de los lotos para que impregne al agua de toda esa energía y cuando se evapore, lleve a donde caiga, lluvias de Bendiciones.
That sand, now mixed up, has the Buddha's energy of compassion with it. A part of it was distributed among the attendees and another part was poured into the lotus pool to imbue the water with all that energy and when it evaporates, it will lead to where it falls, rains of Blessings.
Usando las palabras de los Budistas, “fue y será muy auspicioso”
To use the words of the Buddhists, "was and will be very auspicious"
¿Destruyeron al mandala? No; sólo se transformó y será una continuidad más allá del ciclo del agua.
They destroyed the mandala? No, it just transformed and will be a continuity beyond the water cycle.
Todo pasa, lo bueno y lo malo; después de esta mágica semana, no me queda la menor duda; esa frase yace en mi interior y lo veo en todo lo que está fuera de mí.
Everything happens, good and bad; after this magical week, I have no doubt about it; that phrase lies within me and I see it in everything that is outside of me.
