que tal amigos mi nombre es David, soy nuevo en la plataforma de steemit y les quiero compartir un poco a cerca de mi.
Tengo 23 años, soy mexicano originario del estado de Oaxaca. Soy maestro, actualmente acabo de cursar la licenciatura en educación física en la Escuela Normal Experimental Lázaro Cárdenas.
Me encanta la carrera que eleji para ejercer, desde pequeño siempre me gustó mucho la clase de educación física ya que tuve muy buenas experiencias con el profesor que nos impartía la clase, sentía una gran admiración por él ya que siempre le ponía todo el empeño a la clase y la hacía amena y divertida, desde entonces fue que nació mi interés por querer estudiar esta licenciatura.
Durante mis ratos libres me gusta ir al gym o realizar alguna actividad al aire libre, considero de mucha importancia la realización de actividad física porque al realizar actividad física de manera regular puede ser más benéfico de lo que creemos ya que no solo es una manera de quemar calorías y perder peso sino una forma de beneficiar a nuestro cuerpo en muchos sentidos, contribuyendo a la buena salud física y mental.
Próximamente estaré compartiendo con ustedes artículos de actividad física, nutrición, y todo lo relacionado con la salud!
