CROQUETAS DE LENTEJAS
ingredientes:
*lentejas
*aji
*cilantro
*cebolla
*sal y condimento al gusto
preparación:
Remojar en agua, de un día para otro las lentejas. picar los aliños en cuadritos,pasado el día licuar las lentejas con los aliños la sal y los condimentos. Quedara como especie de crema. En una sarten con aceite bien caliente vierte un poco de la mezcla, cocinar por ambos lados.
Otra menera de prepararlas es asada, para mi gusto quedan mejor ya que no consumen tanto aceite. Las puedes acompañar con una buena salsa o dip.
