Ya definido podemos hablar un poco de esto:
Principalmente dormimos para descansar, relajarnos, etc., después de haber hecho esto nuestro estado de ánimo y sentido del humor es sin duda el mejor.

En contraparte de esto cuando estamos con sueño nos ponemos con una irritabilidad que no aguantamos nada, si estamos en clase o en algún otro lugar que tengamos que prestar atención, nos dormimos de una vez.

Ahora bien, si soportamos esto y entramos en estado de vigilia, resulta que las mejores reflexiones y conexiones con el mundo espiritual se abren. Les invito a todos a meditar tan solo 5 minutos diarios en ese estado para que se conecten un poco consigo mismo.

@guillematurana es en el estado de vigilia que generamos mas DMT por eso es que nos sentimos mas conectados con nosotros mismos y con los demás.
@kreylatoledo existen dos momento en que nuestro DMT esta en su maximo punto en estado natural, el primero es cuando nacemos y el segundo cuando morimos.
@guillematurana, he leído que cuando el cerebro entra en ondas theta se logran alcanzar esos estados que mencionas. Aparentemente, y por experiencia propia que creo que tu también, cuando pasamos demasiado tiempo si dormir el cerebro se sintoniza en esa frecuencia de ondas.
