Hola amigos hoy les traigo la receta de ensalada vistosa, esta ensalada tiene muchas formas de ser preparada y les daré mi receta de como preparlas.
Ingredientes :
8 tomates cherry
1/2 repollo morado
1/2 lechuga
1 zanahoria
1 calabacín
1 pepino
1 chayota cocida
C/n Queso cheedar rayado (opcional)
3 cucharadas de yogur natural
1 cucharada de jugo de parchita
1 cucharada de mayonesa
Preparación :
P1: Cortar el calabacín en forma de círculos finos, rallarar la zanahoria procurando que tengan el mismo gruesor para que de esta manera la ensalada se vea más apetitosa y atractiva.
P2: Colocar las rodajas en una ensaladera y salpimentar
P3: Aparte mezclar los ingredientes del aderezo con un fuerte batido, dejar a un lado y aderezar al gusto de cada persona.
